We are NHBC Registered builders, and provide NHBC warranties on all our new houses. We also work closely with their inspectors who provide Building Control Services.

Cedar Tor Ltd was formed as a Chartered Building Company from its inception in 2003. We are very proud to be one of the first house builders to achieve this accolade.

In 2003, Cedar Tor Ltd became a member of the Federation of Master Builders. This membership is tightly controlled, and the quality of workmanship is monitored to ensure standards are maintained. Warranties can also be provided through the FMB for smaller building work.
