NHBC - Pride In The Job Awards

Pride in the Job has been running for over 40 years. It’s the most highly regarded competition in our industry and a prestigious benchmark for exceptional site managers.

The competition is at the heart of the NHBC’s core purpose to raise standards in house building. It inspires site managers and their teams to make their mark on the industry by competing for awards and building homes of the highest quality.

Pride in the Job is a competition dedicated to recognising site managers who achieve the highest standards in house-building. It has been instrumental in driving up the quality of new homes since 1980. 

We received a Pride In The Job Quality Award in 2016 for Mount Hill Barn in Salcombe, 2019 for North Court in Aveton Gifford, and in 2021 for Lownards in Dartington.

Further to this, a Seal of Excellence award was achieved in 2021, which is the next level of the NHBC Awards, and we are thrilled to have been crowned as overall Regional Winners of the Small Builder Category for the South West.

LABC – Devon Building Control Partnership

The largest business to business awards in the building control sector, the LABC regional building excellence awards recognise quality in all types of building project.

The construction of a new dwelling in Lower Dean achieved a Certificate of recognition for Building Excellence in 2021, from Devon Building Control Partnership.

Further to this, Cedar Tor Limited was awarded Best Residential and Small Commercial Builder in the South West Region in 2021, by the Local Authority Building Control, LABC. 

We were delighted to attend the awards ceremony in London to receive our Regional Award.
